Is your equipment clean?


Absolutely! All of our equipment, tableware and decorations are cleaned and sanitised after each use. In the event of any little accidents by your children, we kindly ask that you ensure the equipment is cleaned straight away.

Days of operation?


365/366 days a year.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Free travel is included within 5 kms of 2225 in NSW for orders over $200. Outside of this, delivery is worked out on a per km basis. Please advise us of your suburb when completing your booking inquiry so that we can provide an estimated delivery cost.

Are you insured?

ABSOLUTELY!

We have $10 000 000.00 product and liability insurance.

Deposits, Bonds And Payments

A $50 deposit and bond is required to secure your booking for all party packages except for our Little Ones Party Crate, where only a $20 bond is required.

The balance remaining is required prior to the set up and start of your event.

Party Bags are to be paid in fill prior to collection/delivery.

We accept bank transfer (which must be paid 5 days prior to the event), paypal as well as cash.

Rescheduling due to bad weather or Covid restriction changes is at no charge, we can’t control either of these things.
