Banana Bread Recipe

It is about that time in quanratine when we bake banana bread, so here is my favourite recipe. Pictures are so your Little One can grab the ingredients out of the pantry themselves. Enjoy!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Cooking Time: 50 Minutes

Serving: 1 Loaf or 12 Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups of flour

1 cup of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons of baking powder

125g of butter, melted and cooled

2 eggs, lightly whisked

3 overripe, mashed Bananas

Method:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Grease and line the loaf  or muffin pan.

Step 2

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk butter and eggs together. Stir in banana. Spoon into prepared pan. Smooth the surface.

Step 3

Bake for 45-50 mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Set aside in the pan for 10 mins before turning out onto a wire rack. Serve warm spread with butter.
